You know it's going to be a good day when it starts with a blueberry smoothie!
{ Ingredients }
1 frozen banana
a few frozen strawberries (3-4)
a handful of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of soymilk
1Tbs ground flaxseed
{ Method }
1. Put all ingredients into a blender. You can let the fruit defrost for a few minutes if it's too solid.
2. Blend up and enjoy!
