A few weeks ago, I baked this Orange Cranberry Nut Bread (Vegan Brunch) to give as a gift to my landlord's family. Unfortunately, no one was home the entire weekend, so I couldn't give it to them! I ended up eating it myself. That's what they get for not being around. And it was delicious too! I made it once before, but that time I didn't follow the recipe exactly, so it came out kinda dense and gummy. This time, however, I followed the recipe to a T, and it resulted in a thing of beauty. Truly scrumptious.
And check out the purdy paper mold that I bought at the Bangsan baking market. They're perfect for packaging up baked goodies to give as gifts to your neighbors self.
