It's another beautiful morning here in Seoul, South Korea, and I just baked some zucchini nut muffins to deliver to cafe Harunohee later. I ate one for breakfast and it was delicious. Funny how I started this work week with muffins, and ended it with muffins too.
I've pretty much been baking non-stop for the past 24 hours for the vegan event at Haru today and tomorrow... thin mint cookies, chocolate biscotti, cranberry cookies, strawberry shortcake... One might think that I'd be baked-out, but I'm not sick of it yet! And now I have to make the cashew cream for the strawberry shortcake. :) ta ta~
