I just dropped off these vegan Pumpkin Biscotti & Mocha cookies at Cafe Harunohee! The pumpkin biscotti has a nice crunch to it and tastes like pumpkin pie with walnuts- it's perfect for dunking in your cuppa joe! The biscotti itself is not very sweet, but the icing on top gives you a nice little sugar rush. The mocha cookies (from VCIYCJ) are also super yummy~ Soft, slightly cakey, and topped with a drizzle of coffee-flavored icing. If you have time this Lunar New Year holiday, stop by the cafe to try these treats!

Oh, and I wanna let everyone know that Minju at Harunohee has agreed to add the vegan waffles to the menu, so it will always be available! Yipeeee!
