A few weeks ago, Sylvia and I went to see the Georges Roualt exhibit at the Seoul Arts Center. After walking around the gallery, we were hungry for dinner, so Sylvia introduced me to a seriously good tofu specialty restaurant in the area.

We both ordered their dubu bibimbab. I'd never thought of putting chunks of plain tofu in bibimbab, but it was surprisingly really good! They added a lot of sesame oil to give it loads of flavor, and had no problem with leaving out the egg upon request.

Can you see the broken-up chunks of tofu? YUMMMM~
Btw, I recommend going with someone who is good at reading Korean, because the menus on the walls are written in flowly, Korean calligraphy- a bit hard to figure out, unless you're a native.

Location: Across the street from the Seoul Arts Center, on the right side of Starbucks.
