I made another visit to the love shack... er... Loving Hut . Twice in one week! This time I ordered their jjajang myun . This is the Korean version of a Chinese dish that is noodles with black soybean paste-sauce. Most restaurants here have bits of ground beef or ham in the sauce (grosso!), so I haven't been able to enjoy this dish in a really long time. I heard it's pretty easy to make your own vegan jjajang myun, but I simply can't be bothered. For some reason, I just don't get excited about cooking noodle or pasta dishes.

Anyway, it was fantastical. The actual noodles were thicker than typical jjajangmyun noodles, but the sauce was really good. I could just eat the sauce on its own, by the spoonful.

After some good mixing-action.
