I was at E-Mart the other day and bought my first bunch of cauliflower in Korea! I haven't had cauliflower in... years (?) because it's usually a bit expensive here or it just doesn't look very fresh at the supermarkets. But on this particular day, the price was actually reasonable and it was a nice big, clean bunch! Score~~! Yes, I really do get that excited over buying vegetables.
So here's a bowl of yellow lentil cauliflower curry I made for lunch. I'm really into lentils right now. I have three different types in my pantry, all from the Foreign Food Mart in Itaewon. Seriously, I can't get enough of 'em. They are packed with iron, protein, fiber, folate, and vitamin B-6. Talk about nutrition powerhouses, those little buggers.
